Volunteer Role: Membership Administrator (Immediate Start), Auckland

The Coromandel Heritage Trust is looking for a committed and organised volunteer to join our team as a Membership Administrator. This key role helps support the heart of our heritage community— our members — by managing sign-ups, renewals, communication, and record-keeping. You’ll work closely with the Board and wider team to ensure our membership base is connected, supported, and growing.Key Tasks Include: Maintaining and updating membership lists Sending out renewal reminders Responding to member enquiries Assisting with AGM communications and reporting You don’t need to be a tech expert, but being confident with technology will definitely help. Email Spreadsheets Whether you have admin experience, a passion for history, or simply want to contribute to a kaupapa that protects our taonga and stories — we’d love to hear from you.Requirements: Administration experience Confident using Microsoft and Google Drive (email, spreadsheets, docs, etc.) Knowledge of online systems is a bonus (e.g. Shopify, Mailchimp) Willingness to learn new systems Time commitment: Approx. 2–3 hours per week commitment Getting started:The first step is to express your interest by filling out the form below.
