Business Development Representative- Construction, Auckland

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team, focusing on the Construction vertical. This role is crucial for achieving sales targets and driving growth within the industry. Responsibilities and Duties Generate Outbound Sales Opportunities : Identify and pursue potential leads to expand our client base.Sales for Construction : Focus on securing small to medium sales opportunities in the construction sector. Achieve KPIs : Meet 100% of individual annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a yearly, quarterly, monthly, and weekly basis. Execute ABX Campaigns : Manage Account-Based Experience campaigns to enhance engagement and foster pipeline growth.Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as a key liaison with our Service&Government partners. Collaborate with Internal Teams : Work closely with various internal teams to provide effective sales solutions. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, preferably in the Transport or Construction sectors. Proven Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years in a sales role, preferably in the transport or construction industry.Demonstrated success in meeting KPIs, including Initial Prospecting Calls, Demonstrations, Meetings, and ACV targets. Consistent success in outbound sales prospecting. Strong focus on accuracy and detail in all tasks. Willingness to take ownership and deliver positive outcomes for stakeholders.Excellent verbal and oral communication abilities. A proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
