A well-established Auckland law firm is seeking a capable and motivated Legal Executive to join its busy Property&Commercial team. About the Role This position offers a blend of hands-on legal executive work alongside administrative support to ensure the team runs smoothly. You'll be exposed to a broad variety of property and commercial matters, with plenty of room to deepen your expertise and grow professionally.Key Responsibilities Overseeing files from instruction to completion across residential and commercial transactions Drafting and managing a range of legal documents including finance, security, and registration paperwork Facilitating settlements and liaising with key parties throughout the processHandling company-related documentation and statutory compliance matters Supporting billing and debtor processes Providing administrative assistance and general support to team members where required About You Holds (or is working towards) a Legal Executive qualification in New Zealand Has at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in property or commercial lawHighly organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable communicating with clients and professionals at all levels Familiar with systems such as Landonline, Companies Office, and AML compliance processes Why Join?
