We are looking for a Senior Customer Data Analyst to lead a team of analysts in delivering actionable insights that will inform the design of improved customer experiences.Key Tasks and Responsibilities include: Lead a team of Customer Data Analysts in delivering impactful customer insights to inform the design of excellent customer experiences, drive behaviour change, and enhance consumer trust and confidence in AT. Proactively drive conversations with stakeholders to ensure insights are aligned with business goals and customer needs.Foster a deep understanding of customer behaviour and promote data-driven decision-making across the organization through actionable insights and self-service dashboards. Actively engage with various departments to champion the use of data in strategic planning and operational improvements. Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Customer Experience Leads to understand business challenges, quantify customer pain points, evaluate the impact of proposed CX initiatives, and monitor the realisation of customer benefits. Take the initiative to lead discussions, propose innovative solutions, and ensure continuous feedback loops.Oversee the design and development of actionable customer segmentations and predictive models to enable AT to connect with customers in a more meaningful way. Drive the development process by setting clear objectives, providing guidance, and ensuring the segments and models are effectively utilised to enhance customer engagement.Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring? We are looking for someone who is innovative, customer oriented, collaborative and has a passion for helping grow a high-performing team. You will be: Lead and mentor a team of analysts to deliver customer insights. Experience in delivering insights in a commercial environment.Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Experience in influencing senior leadership with data-driven insights. Ability to manage relationships across departments. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. Proficiency with data visualisation tools like Power BI and Tableau.Experience with SQL, Python, R, Power Query, Alteryx, and SAS. Commitment to continuous learning and mastering new technologies.
