The opportunity - Te tūranga This senior leadership role reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer will be responsible for developing and leading our marketing strategies aimed at our key segments of advertising/media agency partners and advertisers. You will develop and implement a strategic marketing plan aimed at advertisers and agencies that positions us as the #1 streamer in NZ and the best choice for advertisers. We will need you to drive lead generation for advertising revenue and other relevant B2B solutions.Partner with industry groups, third parties and owned channels to create and amplify relevant thought leadership. In this role, you will develop a templated approach for new product launches that ensures awareness and consideration within key trade segments whilst also driving lead generation. To be successful in this role, you will need the following:Experience at developing strategic marketing plans and managing teams. Highly motivated, results-oriented, and proactive in driving initiatives to success. Highly skilled digital practitioner with broad marketing skills. Strong collaborator, driving to achieve outcomes. Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Able to represent TVNZ on external and internal stages.Comfortable with ambiguity and change. Can-do attitude - Due to small team, willing to get on the tools to ensure seamless execution. Manages time and resources effectively. Works well under pressure.
