Join us as a Call Centre Operator - Receptionist (Parental Leave) What you bring Previous Call Centre and/or Reception experience Strong customer service skills and high attention to detailConfident / positive person who thrives in a busy and dynamic work environment Remain calm under pressure and ability to deal with multiple customer queries Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with CRM system Experience in SAP or similar and Microsoft Office suite Have appropriate NZ work visa, residency or citizenship, and currently is in New ZealandWhat’s in it for you?
