Role Type: Full-time Availability: Immediate Suitable for: Individuals with sales and management experience in education or related fields - ECE OR CODING EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED!Join us at Skill Samurai as our Learning Centre Manager where you'll play a crucial role in shaping young minds between 6-12 years old in the world of coding and technology. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the Learning Centre, ensuring a high standard of education and care. Build relationships with nearby schools, libraries, and other relevant businesses in the North Shore. Engage effectively with both students and parents, maintaining strong relationships.Manage and train our team of Coding Coaches, including staff for our school holiday camps and after-school classes (No Coding Experience Required). Ensure the Learning Centre meets all operational standards and guidelines. Run course demonstrations and assessments. Proactively follow up on leads by calling potential clients to discuss our services and encourage enrolments.What We Look For: Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with children and parents. Strong sales orientation with the ability to politely and effectively communicate the value of our Learning Centre to prospective customers. Experience or interest in management, preferably in education or similar sectors.Commitment to professional development and team leadership. Desire to learn about coding and technology. Multitasking abilities and a professional demeanour.
