As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a forward-thinking Project Manager – Quality&Product Development to join our New Zealand-based team and lead transformative projects across quality, innovation, and continuous improvement. This is more than a typical Project Manager role. As part of our dynamic and collaborative team, you will report to the Senior Project Manager&Head of Quality&Product Development. You’ll identify and spearhead strategic and operational initiatives that enhance our product portfolio and quality frameworks. You'll work cross-functionally with passionate internal teams and key suppliers to drive the implementation of quality and process improvements and bring fresh thinking to our processes – from farm gate to final product.What you’ll do: Project Management of Quality Improvement Projects: Develop project plans, timelines, and KPIs to measure success and ensure alignment with organisational goals. Project Management of Product Development Projects: Work with the Senior PM and Product Development lead to support the management of PD projects, ensuring alignment with technical briefs and business goals.Work cross-functionally to pull together teams from R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain to collaborate and deliver successful product launches. Manage project budgets, ensuring accurate cost estimation, tracking, and delivery within the allocated financial parameters. Your Skills and Experience needed for this role: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a mandatory requirement.Degree qualified in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition or other related science degree. Ideally have a strong background in project management with a focus on quality or product development. A strong understanding of dairy and infant nutrition production processes, quality standards, and regulatory landscapes.An ability to set a vision for quality excellence and align it with organisational goals.
