You will be hands on during ingredient preparation, mixing, forming, baking, and end of day clean up, ensuring safety and quality is always maintained. What your day looks like:Follow H&S and Quality policies, promote safety culture, and complete required training and activities. Ensure products meet specifications, minimise waste, and maintain hygiene while complying with legal standards. Achieve daily objectives, support team collaboration, and escalate issues promptly to leadership.Deliver production plans, manage resources effectively, and support trials while addressing potential issues. The Ingredients for Success: Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG preferred. Previous bakery or food related technical training preferred.
