Our purpose-built environment is designed to support child-led exploration and foster a deep love for learning.As a Caregiver, you'll play a key role in providing loving care and support for our youngest tamariki. You'll help create a warm, stimulating, and safe environment where children can grow, thrive, and feel a strong sense of belonging. You'll also build genuine relationships with our tamariki, whānau, and team – all while having fun and making a meaningful impact.What You'll Be Doing: Providing loving care including feeding, changing, and supporting daily routines Encouraging exploration through a Reggio-inspired, play-based approach Observing and documenting children's learning and milestones Supporting centre operations, covering across classrooms and helping during staff breaksWorking closely with a supportive and passionate team Creating strong, positive relationships with whānau About You: Warm, caring, and naturally great with children – especially infants and toddlers Energetic, reflective, and open to learning A team player who thrives in a collaborative environmentConfident taking initiative and following direction Experienced in working with children under five (an ECE qualification is not required) Why Choose Us?
