Reporting to the Learning&Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing and developing effective learning solutions to enable our people to achieve expertise and success. With a desire for delivering quality resources, your creativity and skills in learning design will be fostered as you work closely with the business to truly deliver unique learning solutions.You know what it means to put yourself in the shoes of learners; you're passionate about creating learning experiences that deliver results. You enjoy collaborating with subject matter experts to make materials come alive, and you're dedicated to giving regular feedback to learners and the people who lead them.Desired Skills and Experience We are looking for someone who has: Learning&Development or an Education background with at least 3 years practical experience designing and implementing solutions Expertise with instructional design including learning needs analysis and evaluation strategies Experience in varied course design and delivery especially self-paced learning and eLearningAn ability to come alongside people and see situations from multiple perspectives Experience developing learning materials using a range of digital tools - such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Canva, Elevenlabs An ability to build trusted working relationships with peers, colleagues, and other stakeholdersA growth mindset with demonstrated ability to work both independently and connect with colleagues as a valued member of a team This role will be an ideal match for someone who enjoys blending the discipline of great learning design with a coaching mindset that inspires leaders and learners to thrive and succeed.
