We are currently on the lookout for an outstanding experienced HR Manager to be part of our amazing team based in Auckland CBD. Reporting to the HR Director, this role will work across the firm, supporting key divisions and teams, leading people initiatives that empower our people to thrive. You'll help contribute to our fabulous culture and work with top talent to drive initiatives that support our people.The HR Manager is a key member of the team and plays a pivotal role in implementing and leading the key people strategies that link to the firm's priorities. You will be the champion that lives and promotes the firm's values and use these as guiding principles for all behaviours, attitude and approach to work. To be successful in this role, you'll also be an experienced HR professional with a high level of confidence in providing expert advice and making recommendations for solutions, across a broad range of experience levels.Your ability to build relationships at all levels is fundamental to your success as well as being the 'trusted advisor' with key stakeholders and delivering excellent service and support in the people space. Key Responsibilities You will be an individual who excels at collaborating with professionals to drive and lead core generalist HR initiatives. This role requires you to have a deep generalist HR knowledge and experience (preferably in Legal or Professional Services) and the ability to apply expertise including, but not limited to:Coaching; Recruitment and talent management; Remuneration; Employee relations and health and safety.
