Talent&HR Officer, Auckland

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent&HR Officer to join our People&Safety team! In this role, you will deliver comprehensive HR and recruitment services, support a range of HR initiatives, and contribute to enhancing the employee experience. You will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and ensuring data integrity across systems. Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end recruitment processes, from role scoping to onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to provide recruitment support and training. Facilitate the employee lifecycle by conducting onboarding and exit interviews and coordinating the distribution of welcome packs for new hires. Support the compliance, privacy and data security for all people data.Support HR systems and processes to ensure efficiency and integrity. Prepare and manage employment documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with NZ employment law and internal processes. Coordinate reward and recognition programs, including quarterly awards and milestone celebrations. Act as a key point of contact for HR queries for employees and managers, resolving queries and providing guidance.Assist in managing the company vehicle fleet. Support HR projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Key Skills&Attributes Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on data integrity. Confident navigating HRIS, recruitment platforms, and other business systems. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business. Organized and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Qualifications&Experience Could suit a graduate + 2 years’ experience. Experience in administration or HR-related roles is advantageous. Systems-savvy and adaptable to new tools and technologies.
