Your dedication to great customer service will shine through for our residents, who are at the heart of all we do. We garden using natural techniques and are looking for somebody with a true passion for gardening.This is a physically demanding job, and a high level of fitness is required. Qualifications Nga Tohu me nga wheako | Qualifications and Experience Ideally, Level 3 Horticulture with a desire to continue with Level 4 although this is not essential as training will be provided for an enthusiastic applicant.Demonstrated competence in a similar role. Demonstrated knowledge of plants and growth patterns. Highly motivated, flexible, and able to take initiative. NZ Drivers License and the ability to drive a small manual truck. The ability to work well with colleagues as part of a team, and be highly responsible and reliable. The ability to focus attention on our residents' needs while remaining calm and courteous.
