We value a culture of respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement, ensuring everyone in our business plays a key role in our success.Key Responsibilities: Fitting and installing tyres on a variety of agricultural machinery, heavy vehicles, trucks, trailers, and more. Inspecting and assessing tyres for wear, damage, and suitability, offering advice on replacement or repair options. Repairing and maintaining tyres, including handling punctures and other common issues in agricultural and heavy-duty vehicles.Assisting with general tyre servicing, balancing, and maintenance of equipment. Ensuring all work is completed with the highest standard of safety and efficiency. Providing excellent customer service and support, offering advice on tyre maintenance for optimal vehicle performance. Participating in on-call to support urgent customer needs during after-hours or weekends.Willingness to learn how to do wheel alignments if you have no previous knowledge. Key Requirements: Previous experience as a tyre fitter, particularly with heavy vehicles or agricultural machinery. Strong understanding of tyre fitting and maintenance practices for large vehicles. Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently.Strong attention to detail and safety awareness. Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude. Valid full driver’s license.
