The Role As part of our dynamic team of long-term contractors, you'll be reaching out to decision makers, initiating conversations, and generating quality leads. This is a phone-based sales role, and as such, you will need a suitable workspace, computer, and mobile phone with an unlimited calling plan to New Zealand and Australia.Initially remote for 15 hours, with the potential to build to 30 hours per week, you'll have the freedom to manage your schedule, allowing you to prioritize what matters most to you. It's not just about the flexibility; it's about the meaningful connections you'll make every day. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities with SMEs in New Zealand. Present and promote Client Connect’s outbound calling services to potential clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment with their goals. Collaborate with the team to create customized solutions for lead generation, retention, and service campaigns.Meet and exceed growth targets by driving new client acquisition and increasing client engagement.
