Position Title : People&Culture Manager Reporting To : Finance&Operations Director (whilst also working closely with the CEO) Employment Type : Permanent, 28 hours per week (flexible) Employment Date : ASAP. In the People&Culture Manager role, you recognise that the support you provide the Parenting Place staff plays a strong part in helping Parenting Place achieve its mission of supporting New Zealand families. You are someone with a high capacity, who can ensure the area of People&Culture continues to progress. This role will also require a high level of empathy, confidentiality and collaboration. Key Responsibilities All elements of the employee life-cycle: attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, separation. All HR-related administration: including generating contracts, police vetting, writing board reports and managing budget lines (with support of external contractors where required).Organise and conduct salary reviews, engagement surveys, managers trainings, performance reviews etc. Provide support and run initiatives for employee well-being. In collaboration with the Executive Assistant&CEO, plan and run inspiring and engaging staff events. Who are we looking for? You have previous HR experience. You are strongly aligned with our values and are passionate about our vision! You hold flexibility to balance the administration and strategic thinking with the role.
