Work for one of NZ's leading and most well-known brands, who is seeking a smart HR professional to work closely with the Executive and Senior Leadership Team to further develop, implement and influence HR strategy and processes that support their business goals. As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will report to the Head of People and Culture, who works very collaboratively. As well as managing and supporting day-to-day operational P&C needs, you will also be: developing and implementing divisional people plans, leveraging insights from engagement surveys leading standard P&C processes such as remuneration cycles, performance reviews and people planning driving engagement survey action planning and fostering a culture of continuous improvement The day to day will include change management, investigations, employee relations, and performance management. As a seasoned HR professional, you will thrive in this fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will love all of the moving parts!
