As part of the NZ leadership team, you will lead a team responsible for creating and driving pipeline opportunities across Salesforce’s NZ prospects and customers, fueling business growth.This is a high-impact, data-driven leadership role that requires a strong focus on performance, analytics, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for building a high-performing team, driving strategic pipeline generation initiatives, and ensuring alignment with sales and marketing teams.What You’ll Do: Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to accelerate pipeline growth and maximize conversion rates. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10+ inbound and outbound Business Development Representatives (BDRs) at varying career stages. Build and foster a high-performance culture,ensuring the team operates with clear goals, accountability, and continuous learning.Leverage analytics and forecasting to drive team focus, measure success, and optimize pipeline development. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and strategy teams to align efforts and refine outreach strategies. Ensure agility and adaptability within a dynamic sales environment, pivoting strategies as needed to meet evolving business needs.Champion career progression by equipping BDRs with the skills and mentorship needed for future sales roles.
