We are looking for a Head Teacher to join our dedicated baby and toddler team at Bear Park Kohimarama. With an engaged and experienced Centre Director, this is the perfect environment to grow your teaching career, whilst enjoying a gorgeous learning environment. Our incredible ratios (1:3 for babies and 1:4 for toddlers) and open-ended environments allow teachers time to partake in small group work, driving rich engagement with children. We pride ourselves on providing an enjoyable and fun teaching environment where ideas are shared, creativity is nurtured and support is key. We listen to our children and our teachers. We welcome feedback and conversation, which flows freely during our weekly 3 hours planning meetings. These are held during work hours to allow your personal time to remain your own.Based in our toddler’s room, you will enjoy ratios of 1:4 with 16 children and 4 teachers.
