Project Site Manager - Auckland Airport F/M

About the role Take charge of a critical project with us as a Project Site Manager on the Auckland Airport Baggage Handling System upgrade! We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Project Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on-site and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards. As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for managing resources, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining health and safety compliance and driving performance across all stages of the project. Key accountabilities include:Project Monitoring: Track and adjust project performance to align with schedules and avoid delays Site Reporting: Look ahead to plan, monitor resources and costs, and keep progress on track Health&Safety Leadership: Foster a proactive, safety-first culture by leading by example Activity Management: Coordinate site activities to meet project schedules, milestones, and resource requirements Note: This role involves occasional night shifts, so flexibility is essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
