Grinding Gear Games Games Developer from New Zealand, Auckland Jobs Opened Until Filled at Grinding Gear Games We’re seeking a System Administrator to join our team at our office in Auckland, New Zealand. As one of our system administrators, you will be responsible for supporting our online titles as well as our internal server infrastructure within our office. You will also help maintain and improve the tooling and automation required by these systems.To be considered, you will need to have at least three years of experience managing servers in a production environment, as well as a strong background in implementing server-related automation (e.g. deployment and maintenance-related tasks). You also must be willing to be on-call on rotation - Two days in lieu will be credited at the end of your rostered on-call week. If a call out occurs outside your usual working hours, you'll be paid time and a half for the time spent working.Location: On-site in Henderson, Auckland, New Zealand Relocation assistance: Available for the right candidate, if needed Full-time position: 40 hours a week The position includes the following duties: Performing system administration and maintenance tasks related to Windows and Linux server and workstation machines, including both internal and external servers.Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support when needed.
