As part of our small team, you won’t just be writing code - you’ll be actively involved in shaping the direction of our products and understanding how to create the best possible experience for our customers. What you'll do:Build impactful features: Use React, Ruby on Rails, and AWS to design and develop new features that improve the customer experience research journey. Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with our multidisciplinary Product team to develop innovative solutions that meet the real-world needs of our users.Innovate for user needs: Actively contribute ideas to enhance existing tools, focusing on how we can improve user experiences and solve customer challenges more effectively. Drive projects forward: Take the lead on technical execution, ensuring products are not only built efficiently but are aligned with our users' goals and feedback.Mentor and collaborate: Share your expertise, guiding the team in best practices while learning from others, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
