As a Property Management Trainer , you’ll play a key role in ensuring learners not only gain the knowledge they need but also feel supported throughout their qualification journey.This is a unique opportunity to combine your real estate expertise with coaching and training—helping future property professionals gain confidence and skills that set them up for success. Job Description What you’ll be doing Providing learner support – Managing multiple cohorts of real estate learners, tracking their engagement, and ensuring they stay on track.Delivering pastoral care– Supporting students in their first week of enrolment, checking in on progress, and offering guidance when they need extra help. Facilitating learning – Running weekly cohort-based sessions and responding to queries about assessments, deadlines, and course requirements.Marking assessments– Providing detailed, constructive feedback that helps learners improve and progress. Monitoring progress – Identifying learners who need additional support and proactively stepping in to assist. Desired Skills and Experience Is this you? You have experience or a qualification in L4 Residential Property Management Qualifications.A Salesperson or Real Estate Qualification is advantageous but not essential. You’ve completed Unit Standard 4098 (Assessment of Learners) or are willing to obtain it. You have experience in student advising, educational support, training, or a similar role . You’re organised and confident managing multiple learner groups at once.You’re a strong communicator who can provide clear guidance and support.
