We are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Care Representative to join our team based in Mangere. This role is perfect for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong SAP experience and advanced Excel skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will be responsible for seamless order processing, returns, and customer queries.Key Responsibilities: Accurately process orders via SAP, including telephone and electronic orders Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalate complex issues when necessary Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by meeting response times and service quality expectations Assist in processing credits and supporting Key Account ManagersMonitor and assess customer interactions to ensure service excellence Data entry, pricing processes, and sales order keying Support special projects and seasonal duties as required Work closely with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Key Account Teams to ensure smooth operations Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficienciesWhat We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a senior customer service role, ideally within FMCG, distribution, or supply chain SAP experience is essential – strong knowledge of order processing and data management Advanced Excel skills – ability to work with large datasets, pivot tables, and reportingExcellent problem-solving and communication skills to resolve customer issues effectively Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy If you are an experienced customer service professional with SAP expertise and strong Excel skills, we’d love to hear from you!Please submit your CV and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and why you’re excited about joining our team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
