This is a permanent full-time role based in Avondale, Auckland. As our new Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of GWA Group across our inbound phone, email and future chat channels. On a typical day, you will interact with all kinds of people– merchants, plumbers, and homeowners – and a lot of the time the questions will be on the technical side about our products.Your day will be a juggling act: talking to customers, creating cases, finding solutions, and following up on cases to keep the customer informed all while using our software systems and portals. We have a full onboarding and training program where you will learn so much about the inner workings of our tapware, toilets, basins and baths.In return, you will join a supportive and customer-centred team who all share a common purpose of bringing to life all three of our cultural pillars: We are Customer Focused; We are One Team and We Care For Each Other. About you Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a contact centre environmentStrong technical aptitude and computer skills (preferably with Microsoft) Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers by phone and email Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask Problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressureAdaptable, resilient and able to think on your feet Growth mindset, focusing on the positive and possibilities, no matter what comes your way An enquiring mind and love of learning Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a bonus What can you expect from us?
