Key responsibilities include: Coordinating shipments viaair or sea, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.Monitoring and updating order statuses in the system, keeping everyone informed. Proactively addressing schedule delays with solutions. Assisting with invoicing and account queries for accurate financial handling. Strengthening client relationships through visits alongside Key Account Managers.You’ll work within the company's specialist freight division, reporting to an experienced and approachable Import Manager who leads by example. What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and values teamwork. Key qualities include:Previous experience in import operations including order tracking with a NZ Freight Forwarder. Exceptional customer service skills, both written and verbal. Strong organisational and time management skills. A proactive mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
