If you're passionate about acquiring new business and keen to join a company recognised as a Best Employer, this could be just the opportunity for you.About the role You’ll take ownership of assigned territory and actively manage existing customer relationships while proactively increasing the territory customer base through targeted new business acquisition. This will be done through: Developing and implementing sales strategies within your territory to promotethe organisation's goods.Securing new and growing existing businesses. Executing performance improvement initiatives/strategies within your territory to ensure proficient operations. Completing targeted audits to maintain market standards in line with channel strategy. Leading and developing a sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of EQ placements to meet new business KPI’s.Ensuring sales targets are met using a combination of equipment capability, product mix, placement/positioning, pricing, and effective commission management. This role is full-time (guaranteed 40 hours per week) and permanent. Remuneration ranges from $79,000 - $89,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.About You Energy, drive, and a high level of professionalism are essential. You'll have commercial conversations with business partners, so excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to think strategically are required. You will be highly motivated, able to work autonomously, and also alongside a close-knit sales team. You'll be customer-focused and have the desire to succeed.You will have at least five years of relevant work experience or a relevant tertiary qualification. A clean full driver licence is required as you will be driving company vehicles to visit clients.
