Surepoint Insurance is looking for passionate and driven telemarketers to join our growing team. You will be working with prospective clients as part of the sales team. You will have contact centre experience within a sales environment, preferably outbound telesales. Your high levels of resilience and understanding of world-class customer service will make you an asset to our team.Daily Requirements: Cold call potential clients Setting appointments with potential clients to meet with our Financial Advisers. You have: Previous outbound sales experience an advantage Exceptional communication and presentation skills Ability to build strong relationships over the phone Proven ability to meet/exceed sales KPI’sFamiliarity with CRM systems Goal-orientated and self-motivated Prefer working in a flexible environment This role includes extra incentives once your targets are met.
