You will focus on delivering high-quality design touch-ups and new concepts while working efficiently under tight deadlines. This role allows you to contribute to Rugby Bricks' growth and expand your design portfolio in the fast-paced sports industry.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the lead designer to create merchandise designs that align with club branding and Rugby Bricks’ quality standards. Perform design touch-ups and revisions quickly and accurately based on feedback from clients and internal stakeholders. Develop new design concepts for club merchandise, including apparel, accessories, and promotional items.Ensure all designs meet production specifications and are ready for manufacturing. Maintain a consistent style across all merchandise designs to align with Rugby Bricks’ brand identity. Work closely with the Club Merchandise Sales Team to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of designs.Key Skills and Requirements: Design Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools. Efficiency: Ability to produce high-quality work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines. Flexibility: Willingness to work casual hours based on project needs, with some flexibility in scheduling.Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail to ensure designs are polished and production-ready. Creativity: Ability to develop innovative concepts while adhering to brand and client guidelines. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with team members and responding to feedback.Experience: Previous experience in graphic design, preferably in sports, merchandise, or apparel (1-2 years is a plus). Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
