To tatou kaitono pai | Our ideal candidate must have Experience in cooking and baking Restaurant management Experience with orders, stock control, budget, and menu design and costings Strong awareness of Health&safety practices around food and the workplace Experience with the Safe Food Pro app would be a benefit. Ability to organise and support team during village events&functions. Strong administration skills You will be comfortable getting onto the floor and interacting with guests.
