Continually performs line audits to ensure good product consistency and maintain acceptable quality levels. Responsible to correct significant deficiencies that their line audits have exposed, including troubleshooting issues that affect mechanical performance and/or quality levels.Maintain good mechanical running condition on the line; make repairs (may have assistance of Maintenance Department for complex repairs); perform lubrication. Ensure tooling alignment, obtain proper color match against standard with customer requirements, and follow line clearance procedures. Record daily production and scrap figures for the shift and report to Supervisor using manual and computerized systems.Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Mechanical background preferred. Position is a 12 hour night shift position with a unique schedule. #J-18808-Ljbffr
