We are truly a diverse and complex operation and are now seeking an experienced individual in the role of Restaurant Manager.You will primarily be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational restaurant cost&people related decisions across the restaurants on and around the main gaming floor such as Food Republic, Andy's Burgers&Fortuna. This position is best suited to someone who has worked across multiple sites or restaurants and can juggle the high volume of more than one restaurant under their watch.
