This newly created role will support the Group FP&A Manager in advancing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Your primary goal will be to provide financial insights and analysis to guide strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Enhance Reporting: Maintain and improve the Awanui Reporting Dashboard, ensuring accurate and clear financial reporting. Partner with IT to develop datasets that support effective decision-making.Support Financial Planning: Contribute to the preparation of the annual budget, business planning, and forecasting processes, providing data analysis and actionable insights. Drive Performance Analysis: Analyze business performance to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to operational and financial success.Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Finance, IT, and Operations teams to align financial reporting with organizational priorities. Challenge and Refine: Ask questions, challenge assumptions, and propose improvements to processes and tools. An ideal candidate should have: A bachelor’s degree in finance or commerce.3-5 years of experience in a commercial finance role. Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with Power BI is preferred. Proven ability to work with large datasets and deliver actionable insights. Analytical thinker who asks questions, challenges assumptions, and seeks continuous improvement. Resilient and action-oriented, delivering results with energy and enthusiasm.Collaborative team player with strong communication skills. Self-starter who thrives on solving complex problems and driving outcomes.
