This role will focus on leading forecasting and demand planning processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders, while also working closely with customers and clients to deliver data-driven insights and drive improved outcomes. Responsibilities:Provide a central point of contact and engagement for the S&OP processes, including Forecasts and Demand Planning inputs/outputs Prepare and present insights, comparisons, advice, and recommendations to support strategic initiatives aimed at achieving business targets Utilise proprietary and 3rd party data to collate and analyse market intelligence and performance to enhance the demand planning capabilities of the businessOptimise profitability, efficiency, customer service, and working capital through effective S&OP Report and analyse key performance indicators related to stock holdings, CFR and OBSL of our client portfolio, to local and global stakeholders Maintain active relationships with 3rd party data providers and key stakeholders to ensure prompt and efficient handling of enquiries and continuity Leadership Responsibilities:Effective and proactive leadership of strategic initiatives that enable the business to deliver its objectives and business plans Act as an active member of the wider Insights&Analytics community Collaborate on improvement projects within the Consumer Goods Business Unit Work with other divisions to create synergies in reporting and processes Qualifications: Proven experience in S&OP and demand planning, reporting, and analytics is essential Strong experience with systems such as Forecasting tools, SAP Business Objects, Excel modelling skills Experience working with large datasets and dynamic operational planning in FMCG Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills are crucialResults-driven with a passion for achieving goals, demonstrating end-to-end ownership of processes If you are excited about this challenging opportunity and eager to contribute to the growth and success of DKSH, please submit your application, including your CV and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and explaining why you believe you are the ideal candidate for this position.#J-18808-Ljbffr
