Mō te tūnga | About the role As COO, you will lead in four key areas: IT strategy and digital transformation : Oversee major system upgrades and ensure digital solutions enhance the way we work and the overall quality of care provided.Financial strategy, risk, and forecasting : Strengthen financial sustainability, data insights, and commercial initiatives. Operational leadership : Oversee infrastructure, property, facilities, and operational systems. Strategic project execution and change management : Drive transformation and support our leaders to drive high-impact cross-functional initiatives.Reporting to the CEO, this is a full-time position based at Hibiscus Hospice with travel to other sites as needed. He kōrero mōu | About you As an experienced executive and operational leader, you bring a track record of successfully leading IT and digital transformation and optimising operations. You are equally comfortable working at a strategic and operational level, ensuring excellence in execution while fostering a positive and inclusive environment.Your success will be built on exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills. You thrive on working in partnership with others, engaging seamlessly across all levels of our organisation and with key external stakeholders.
