Payroll&HR Services Specialist - 12 months Fixed Term Job Description We are looking for a Fixed Term Payroll and HR professional to join our close-knit HR Team based at our head office in Highbrook covering a period of parental leave. Reporting to the HR Manager NZ, the Payroll&HR Services Specialist is the face of our team and often the first point of contact for associates at JDE Peet’s. In this role you will be responsible for: Processing payrolls, monthly and weekly using an outsourced system HR and Onboarding documentation, contracts, employment documentation etc.First line of advice for HR and Payroll queries Managing our HR and Payroll and Time&Attendance systems, Datacom, HumanForce, Success Factors, and Smart Recruiters Supporting the HR Team in key People and Engagement initiatives Managing our HR Metrics and Reporting Qualifications We are looking for someone who wants to broaden their knowledge of HR and Payroll while learning from an experienced team in a dynamic environment. You will be a fast-learner with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You enjoy working with systems and processes with a continuous improvement mindset.You will ideally have: Previous administrative experience in a detail-focused role Previous Payroll and Time&Attendance experience (Datacom and HumanForce desirable) Experience in a fast-paced environment Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills The ability to pick up new systems quickly.
