You will be hands-on in crafting dynamic visual content that brings their brand stories to life across video, motion, and print design.What you will bring: You have 5–8+ years industry experience in a similar role A relevant qualification in Graphic Design from a tertiary level institute or similar Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Figma), with a particular focus in After Effects Illustration skills are an added advantageExperience in Adobe Premiere Pro and 3D design such as Cinema 4D are an added advantage Skills: Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, colour, and layout Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to self-manageAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively An interest in the beauty space and an affinity for refined and elegant design Roles&Responsibilities: Design and Execution Develop and execute compelling visual designs for a variety of platforms, including digital (social media (paid + organic), websites) and print (influencer boxes, marketing collateral and in-store displays) Lead the execution of video projects from concept through to final delivery, including storyboarding, animation, editing, and sound designDesign promotional materials and marketing collateral with a deep understanding of beauty trends and consumer preferences Create mood boards, style guides, and design concepts that align with the brand’s vision and goals. Craft comprehensive creative briefs for both in-house and external creative teamsBrand Development Continuously evolve the visual identity of the beauty brands, keeping it fresh and relevant in a competitive market Lead the creation of new design templates and guidelines to support brand consistency across all touchpoints Stay updated on the latest design trends, particularly in the beauty industry, and incorporate them into design workExperiment with new design techniques, tools, and platforms to keep the brand visually ahead of the curve Ensure all design work meets brand standards.
