Job Description What you’ll be doing Providing learner support – Managing multiple cohorts of real estate learners, tracking their engagement, and ensuring they stay on track.Delivering pastoral care– Supporting students in their first week of enrolment, checking in on progress, and offering guidance when they need extra help. Facilitating learning – Running weekly cohort-based sessions and responding to queries about assessments, deadlines, and course requirements.Marking assessments– Providing detailed, constructive feedback that helps learners improve and progress. Monitoring progress – Identifying learners who need additional support and proactively stepping in to assist. Desired Skills and Experience Is this you? You have experience or a qualification in L4 Residential Property Management or L4 Salesperson Qualifications (both preferred but not essential).You’ve completed Unit Standard 4098 (Assessment of Learners) or are willing to obtain it. You have experience in student advising, educational support, training, or a similar role . You’re organised and confident managing multiple learner groups at once. You’re a strong communicator who canprovide clear guidance and support.You understand progress tracking, reporting, and learner engagement strategies. What’s in it for you?
