A major benefit with these positions is flexibility, as we support a "work out of home" model which means you do not have to travel each morning or night to the workshop.Your Key Responsibilities: Repair and fully test the operation of the product ensuring full customer satisfaction Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals, and training sessions Complete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collectionMaintain and manage van stock of spare parts inventory Experience Required: Electrical License or Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect&Reconnect Appliances) preferred, industry experience as a minimum Strong communication skills and strong PC skills Provide premium customer service Professional and self-motivated with a positive, friendly, approachable nature Please note, you must have the legal right to work in New Zealand to be considered for any of these positions.Fisher&Paykel is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
