If you have answered Yes, we're currently looking for a Senior Administrator with a "we'll see you right" attitude to join our team. This Position is permanent full-time, Monday to Friday. We are willing to adapt the hours for the right person (25-40hours)Key responsibilities include: Accounts Payable - invoice/statement generation, managing customer queries, month/year end process Accounts Receivable - debtor management Payroll Support - payment, PAYE, ACC Cash Flows - account reconciliation, financial data management Stock management– data entry, adjusting stockSupport CFO - opening&closing balances General admin - data entry, filing etc Key experience/qualifications&attributes for the role are: Experienced office administrator Bookkeeping skills and analysis experience Skills in Accounts Payable&Receivable Payroll processing with a strong understanding of the Holidays Act 2003 Familiarity with MYOB (knowledge of Qontro would be a bonus) Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet skills, inc Excel Very strong accuracy with attention to detail and a desire to probe into further data This position is predominantly based at our Waiwhakaiho branch, with the ability to work from our Waitara and Inglewood branches if needed.We’ll See you Right by offering a competitive remuneration package.
