Our Service Desk Analysts provide both remote and onsite support to deliver desired outcomes to our wider team. First and foremost, you'll have excellent people skills! You'll enjoy valuable interactions with your customers and be inquisitive by nature - someone who loves nothing more than getting to the root cause of an issue. You have amazing questioning techniques and you're known as someone who listens well with a natural 'can-do' attitude. An IT qualification is desirable but not essential for this role.
