Your responsibilities will include: Being the escalation point for level three incidents, addressing user-related issues, and providing solutions. Configuration and maintenance of cloud and on-prem infrastructure, applications, networks, and security.Monitoring physical and virtual infrastructures for potential issues. Configuring, testing, and maintaining and supporting networking equipment including routers, switches, and firewalls. Making recommendations for system improvements and process efficiency. Managing and supporting print services and VOIP telephony.Essential qualifications and skills needed for the role: Tertiary qualifications in an IT/Technical discipline. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. 4+ years of experience supporting and administering Windows server systems and networks including routers, firewalls, and switches. Sound knowledge of IT infrastructure components and processes.Strong technical and diagnostic skills, adept at solving complex technical issues.
