Our approach focuses on fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth, ensuring success at every level.Job Description The purpose&meaning of your job: The Marketing Lead– Vocational reports to Head of Brand and Marketing – International&PTE and will manage and execute the marketing planning, and brand + tactical activity to achieve lead generation and brand awareness objectives while engaging with stakeholders and colleagues to ensure business cohesion for streamlined operations. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive student enrolment and engagement in our vocational education programs. Working closely with multiple teams you will craft messaging, campaigns, and tactics that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand values.The purpose of this role is to champion the vocational business units and Skills Group, by delivering marketing that generates demand, drives marketing leads, and nurtures product/brand loyalty. Your key responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing plans to drive enrolment and engagement in Skills Ignite and Skills Premier programs. This will include managing multiple paid and owned digital campaigns across a range of course/programs, managing marketing automation/nurture journey tactics, overseeing all organic/owned communicationsOperational lead in key aspects of the delivery of campaign&sales collateral using a combination of business and creative thinking. Successfully manage a marketing coordinator support role ensuring you are nurturing and growing your team. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to develop messaging, campaigns, and tactics that align with the program goals and brand values. Including exceptional grasp of marketing processes including brief writing, managing timelines, providing performance reporting, etc.Work closely with Event Manager to ensure the successful delivery of the event calendar and stakeholder satisfaction. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust initiatives and/or plans as needed to optimise performance, providing monthly website and campaign performance reporting.Develop and maintain relationships with creative, design, events and media agencies and partners to promote Ignite and Premier programs. Manage campaigns across multiple channels including– paid digital, owned digital, email marketing, marketing automation, partner/association marketing, and radio.Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in marketing and vocational education. Desired Skills and Experience A minimum of 4 years of Marketing or Advertising experience. Excellent Digital marketing and marketing automation fluency. . A proven track-record of results or lead generation outcomes, lead by digital first thinking.Outstanding communication skills– verbal and written. Ability to identify opportunities and take actions to bring them to life. Analytical and insightful thinking to review data reporting and provide recommendations for future led activity. Ability to leverage creativity for high impact cut-throughHands-on, natural problem solverand ability to identify points of excellence to scale and spread across the marketing team. Ability to juggle multiple projects with varying degrees of urgency while maintaining always on projects and successfully managing a marketing coordinator support role Ability to work competently in multiple platforms– Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, Monday.com, Canva, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), Meta Business Suite, GA4 (Google Analytics).Excellent interpersonal skillsand ability to develop and grow relationships with a wide variety of partners (internal and external).
