Our teams are passionate about the work they do and strive to continuously raise the bar!What you’ll be doing As a Duty Manager in a Kmart store you will: Enjoy leading others Play a key role in improving our safety culture and results for the store Like variety in your work Think on your feet Follow policy and clear processes Ensure good communication and information sharing with teammembersAdapt to change Demonstrate resilience This role is working Sunday to Thursday 3:30pm - midnight, 40 hours per week.
