Handle 30+ daily calls, update details, manage policies, offer advice, process payments, and occasionally quote new insurance. Navigate IT systems confidently and share your insurance expertise. The details: 4-week training starts on the 14th April 2025 (Mon-Fri 8.30am to 4.30pm)Hybrid working in our Auckland or Hamilton office (2 days in office) Work technology provided Must have fibre internet connection,&internet speed of 10Mbps or higher&Wi-Fi Must have a suitable private workspace with comfortable desk and chair No planned leave within the first 2 months of starting Work hours: A rotating roster, working 7.5-hour shifts totalling 37.5 hours a week between 8am - 8pm on weekdays, and 8am - 6pm on weekends and on statutory holidays. On average you will work one weekend day per month. Twice a year you will be given a 4-week roster of Sunday to Thursday shifts.
