Description
We are looking for a professional, friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable individual to offer that all important first impression of Craigs. Based in our central Auckland office which offers stunning views while you work, this is a permanent full-time position working 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.This position requires a strong client focus, offering nothing but exceptional interaction. Responsibilities include: Greeting visitors in a courteous and welcoming way Answering telephone and inbox queries Planning the implementation of internal&external Auckland marketing&hosting events Act as a travel coordinator to make and coordinate travel bookings Ordering office supplies and stock Providing administrative support to the wider Auckland branch and other general office administration duties Skills and Experience This role will suit you if you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment in a collaborative team. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, organisation skills, and be a team player. You will ideally have relevant experience in a previous reception, office administration and/or customer service role, and be able to demonstrate the following:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional telephone manner Strong time management and organisation skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail An ability to remain resilient when handling competing priorities Reliable self-starter with the ability to show initiative and be a team playerExperience with event planning organisation, administration and support (preferred) The ability to adapt to new systems and processes quickly, knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel About the Company Craigs Investment Partners (Craigs) is a multi-award winning investment advisory firm which is one of the largest in New Zealand.
