This role is all about manaakitanga, connecting with people, and ensuring that everyone who visits Mercy Hospice feels supported and valued.As the first point of contact for patients, whānau, manuhiri (visitors), and kaimahi (staff), you will play a crucial role in upholding our values by creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels supported, respected, and cared for. As the face of Mercy Hospice, you will: Welcome patients, whānau, visitors, and staff with warmth andprofessionalism.Provide outstanding customer service while managing reception tasks, phone calls, and inquiries. Keep things running smoothly by supporting various departments. Assist with technology systems, data entry, and administrative tasks to ensure efficiency. Ko wai koe? | Who are you? Tech-savvy, with experience using computers, email, and office systems. Organised and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
