Strategise with the wider team and own the email content calendar for your clients. Utilise Canva for making email design edits and content, ensuring alignment with briefs, brand guidelines and client expectations.Translate beautifully designed emails by our design team into functional Klaviyo campaigns. Collaborate with our Head of Strategy on opportunities to unlock further eCommerce growth for our clients. Actively participate in client meetings, demonstrating a consultative and solution-driven approach.Actively improve upon existing flows and automation. Conduct RFM and CLV analysis to drive decision-making. Have full ownership of your clients' success with the help of the broader retention and strategy teams and your manager. What we're looking for: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Endless Curiosity. eCommerce is constantly evolving, and we are looking for someone who loves not just to keep up but to lead. Experience working with Klaviyo, Canva and Shopify is preferred. Shopify Plus and the wider ecosystem experience are also desirable but not essential.
