We have an awesome opportunity for an IT Service Delivery Manager to join our team. Here's some information: Is this your next role? As IT Service Delivery Manager, you'll lead our IT Service Engineers, ensuring seamless IT support and continuous service improvement. You'll oversee service level agreements, vendor management, and process optimisation, all while fostering a high-performing, customer-focused team.Key responsibilities: Lead and develop a high-performing IT support team, fostering a culture of excellence. Define and execute IT service strategies to meet business objectives, including incident response, problem resolution, and service level management. Oversee day-to-day IT operations, implementing best practices like ITSM and ITIL.Build strong relationships with internal and external service providers to ensure consistent, high-quality service. Does this sound like you? You're a motivational leader with a background in an IT Service Delivery role, who is able to lead by example, setting objectives and driving good outcomes. You excel in a buzzing, ever-changing environment. Collaborative and happy to flex when required, you're known for being great to deal with and a natural relationship builder.You're a pro with: Strong technical knowledge of IT systems and services. Expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL frameworks. Commitment to customer focus, with a track record of maintaining high satisfaction levels.
